01 Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Dot Line Puzzle ("the App", "we", "us", or "our") handles information when you play. We respect your privacy and have built the game so that gameplay data such as your level and coins is stored only on your own device.

By downloading or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.

02 Information We Collect

We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email, or contact list. The App and the third-party services it uses may collect the following:

Automatically collected data

• Device & technical information — device model, operating system version, language, and similar diagnostic data.
• Usage & analytics data — in-game events (for example: level started, level completed, game over), screen views, and session duration.
• Network status — whether your device currently has an internet connection, used to decide whether remote settings can be fetched.

Advertising identifiers

• A mobile advertising ID (Google Advertising ID on Android / Identifier for Advertisers on iOS) used by our advertising partner to serve and measure ads.

Push notification data

• A push subscription token and basic device details used solely to deliver notifications, if you grant notification permission.

Information stored only on your device

• Your current level, coin balance, daily-reward streak, and sound settings. This data stays in the App's local storage and is not transmitted to us.

03 How We Use Information

• To provide, operate, and maintain the game and save your progress on your device.
• To understand how players use the App so we can improve gameplay, balance, and stability.
• To display advertisements that help keep the game free.
• To deliver optional push notifications (such as reminders or offers) if you opt in.
• To remotely adjust configuration (for example ad settings) without requiring an app update.
• To detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or abuse.

04 Third-Party Services

The App relies on the following third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:

• Google Firebase Analytics — anonymous usage analytics. Firebase Privacy
• Google Firebase Remote Config — remote feature/ad configuration. Firebase Privacy
• Google AdMob — in-app advertising. Google Ads Privacy
• OneSignal — push notification delivery. OneSignal Privacy

We do not sell your personal information. Data shared with these providers is used to operate the services listed above.

05 Advertising

We use Google AdMob to show banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads. AdMob may use your advertising ID and ad-interaction data to serve and measure ads. The App requests non-personalized ads where applicable, and ad content is rated for a general/teen audience.

Managing ad personalization

• Android: Settings → Google → Ads → "Delete advertising ID" or "Opt out of Ads Personalization".
• iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising.

06 Push Notifications

With your permission, we may send push notifications through OneSignal. You can disable them at any time:

• Android: Settings → Apps → Dot Line Puzzle → Notifications.
• iOS: Settings → Notifications → Dot Line Puzzle.

Turning notifications off does not affect your ability to play the game.

07 Data Stored on Your Device

The following is saved locally on your device and never sent to our servers:

• 🏆 Current level
• 🪙 Coin balance
• 🔥 Daily-reward streak
• 🔊 Sound & settings

Uninstalling the App, or clearing its storage from your device settings, permanently removes this locally stored data.

08 Data Retention

Locally stored game data remains until you clear it or uninstall the App. Data processed by our third-party providers (analytics, advertising, notifications) is retained according to their respective policies. We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law.

09 Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.

10 Your Rights & Choices

Depending on where you live (for example under the EU/UK GDPR or California's CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to opt out of certain data uses.

• Control ad personalization and notifications using the device settings above.
• Reset analytics by clearing the App's storage or uninstalling.
• Contact us to make a privacy request; we will respond as required by applicable law.

11 Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
